Season
2nd through 4th grade teams will not play in the Fox Valley League but
will play 10 in-house games as well as participate
in a year end tournament. Teams will practice one
night per week. 2nd and 3rd grades games will be
held from November through January while 4th grade
games will be held from January to March.
5th & 6th grade teams will play approximately 12 games. The season
begins in October and goes through late January. A
Fox Valley league elimination tournament will be
held at the end of the season. Teams will
participate in the Fox Valley League against other
area competitive teams. Teams will practice one
night per week.
7th & 8th grade teams
will play approximately 14 games. The season goes
from January to March. Teams will participate in
the Fox Valley League against other area competitive
teams. A Fox Valley league elimination tournament
will be held in March. Teams will practice one
night per week.Optional Skills Training
Available
In addition to the
practices, games, and tournaments above, each player
has the opportunity of attending/purchasing
discounted group training sessions during the season
for continued personal improvement. The
training sessions will focus on specific skills such
as dribbling, shooting and other key aspects of the
game and will be conducted by Rising Stars
Basketball, the trainers for the Wizards travel
teams. More information will be posted on our
website in the fall.

teams are being drafted, WAA can not honor any
requests for specific teams or coaches within the
Competitive Program. Please continue to watch
